FreshWater Swimming is a socially responsible enterprise. We are as concerned as you about the spread of COVID-19 and are focused on finding ways to safely offer our services so that your time spent at home and in the pool this summer will be as safe and enjoyable as possible.

Our business involves consulting with pool owners, matching your needs and budget to the best available technology. We offering remote virtual consultations to all Canadians. We are available for phone consultations and we are now offering video consultations via Skype, Zoom and WhatsApp. Learning about your existing system is an important part of our assessment. FREE DELIVERY! In an effort to assist people stay safe and improve their water, FreshWater Swimming is offering free delivery within the Kingston area for the 2020 season, if you wish to carry out your own installations.

HOME VISIT PROCEDURE:

FreshWater Swimming staff who visit your home or business will adhere to our high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene before, during, and after the visit. We uphold strict cleaning and disinfecting measures to ensure the safest possible environment for you and our staff. Additionally, we are following the World Health Organization guidelines for workplace preparedness and the Government of Canada’s community-based measures to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 including:

• Wearing personal protective equipment
• Eliminating physical contact  
• Maintaining effective social distancing (2m)
• Washing hands thoroughly with soap and water for at least 20 seconds at every opportunity  
• Using hand sanitizer  
• Minimizing the use of shared devices
• Disinfecting shared devices continually
• Using disinfectant products to ensure touch-points are clean in work spaces, vehicles, and on equipment  

We are continually assessing our internal status for signs of illness and engage with customers to understand their status in order to ensure a safe experience.  

• Any staff member who is symptomatic of COVID-19 will self isolate for 14 days and seek a professional medical evaluation.
• Our staff will ask if anyone at the home is symptomatic of illness.

We adhere to the following procedure for home visits, including consultations and installations, in order to ensure everyone's safety and comfort.

• Adhere to the above referenced guidelines
• Do not enter home unless required to gain access to pool equipment
• Conduct discussions poolside when possible
• Only touch customer property if required
• Sanitize pool equipment and area of work prior to commencing work
• Sanitize pool equipment and area of work after completing work
• Encourage e-transfer for payment
• Sanitize electronic payment terminal prior to and after use
